丸彦酒造株式会社は、慶応3年（1867年）創業の三重県四日市市にある老舗酒蔵です。150年以上の歴史を持ち、現在は7代続く家族経営として日本酒造りに励んでいます。代表銘柄「三重の寒梅」は、従来の日本酒の「酒臭さ」を払拭した、フルーティーでマイルドな洗練された味わいが特徴です。鈴鹿山系の伏流水と三重県産山田錦を100％使用し、「口中で広がって喉で消える」理想の酒質を追求しています。全国新酒鑑評会で2006年から4年連続金賞を受賞し、伝統を守りながらも現代のライフスタイルに合う新時代の日本酒として高く評価されています。

Maruhiko Shuzo Co., Ltd. is a historic sake brewery established in 1867 in Yokkaichi City, Mie Prefecture, with over 150 years of brewing tradition. Currently operated as a seventh-generation family business, the brewery is renowned for its flagship brand "Mie no Kanbai," which eliminates traditional sake odors and offers a fruity, mild, and refined taste. Using 100% Yamada Nishiki rice from Mie Prefecture and pristine underground water from the Suzuka mountain range, they pursue the ideal sake quality that "spreads in the mouth and disappears at the throat." The brewery has won gold medals at the National New Sake Awards for four consecutive years starting in 2006, earning recognition as a premium sake that respects tradition while adapting to modern lifestyles.
