天鷹酒造株式会社は、栃木県大田原市蛭畑に蔵を構え、1914年（大正3年）創業の酒蔵です。
創業者の「辛口でなければ、酒ではない」という信念のもと、那須山系の豊かな伏流水と厳選した酒米を用い、“美味しい・安心・楽しい”をモットーに酒造りを行っています。
また、蔵元自ら有機米栽培に取り組み、日本・米国・欧州の有機認証を取得するなど、環境と地域に配慮した革新的な酒造りでも知られています。
代表銘柄「天鷹（てんたか）」は、清らかな口当たりとキレのある辛口として、地元はもとより全国・海外でも高い評価を得ています。

Tentaka Shuzo Co., Ltd., located in Hiruhata 2166, Otawara City, Tochigi Prefecture, was established in 1914. It draws on the pristine groundwater of the Nasu mountain range and selected sake rice varieties to uphold the founder’s creed: “If it’s not dry, it’s not sake.” In addition to its traditional brewing practices, Tentaka is a pioneer in organic sake production—obtaining organic certification in Japan, the U.S., and Europe. Its flagship label, “Tentaka,”, is celebrated for its crisp, dry profile and global appeal.
