笹祝酒造株式会社は、明治32年（1899年）に創業し、現在は新潟市西蒲区松野尾に蔵を構える老舗の地酒蔵です。
地元消費比率が9割を超える“地酒の中の地酒”として、地域に根付いた酒造りを続けています。

代表銘柄「笹祝（ささいわい）」は、辛口ながらも米の旨みとふくらみを感じさせる味わいが特長で、旧北国街道沿いの茶屋から始まった蔵の歴史を今に伝えています。

Sasaiwai Sake Brewery Co., Ltd., founded in 1899 in Nishikan Ward, Niigata City, Niigata Prefecture, is a venerable regional sake brewer deeply rooted in its local community. With approximately 90 % of its production consumed locally, the brewery epitomizes the “sake of the region, by the region.” Under the flagship label “Sasaiwai,” it crafts sake with a dry profile yet rich in rice flavor and body, reflecting both its heritage—originating from an old tea-house along the historic Hokkoku Highway—and its commitment to tradition and local terroir.
