浪乃音酒造株式会社は、文政年間（19世紀前半）に創業し、滋賀県大津市本堅田で150年以上の歴史を刻む酒蔵です。比良山系から流れ出る雪解け水由来の伏流水を仕込み水とし、地元滋賀の酒米「山田錦」「吟吹雪」などを中心に、米の旨みを素直に引き出す酒造りを続けています。代表銘柄「浪乃音」は、柔らかさとほどよいふくらみを備えた味わいで、料理を引き立てる“飽きのこない地酒”として広く親しまれています。伝統技法を守りつつも、新たな挑戦も積極的に取り入れる蔵元です。

Nami-no-Oto Shuzo Co., Ltd., established in the early 19th century in Honkatata, Otsu City, Shiga Prefecture, is a historic brewery known for over 150 years of craftsmanship. Using pure spring water from the Hira mountain range and local sake rice such as Yamada Nishiki and Gin Fubuki, the brewery focuses on expressing the natural flavor of the rice with elegance and balance. Its flagship label, “Nami no Oto” (“Sound of Waves”), is appreciated for its gentle aroma, smooth texture, and food-friendly character—embodying the essence of Shiga’s regional sake tradition while embracing modern innovation.
