Taikai Shuzo Co., Ltd., founded in 1967 through the merger of nine local distilleries in Kanoya City, Kagoshima Prefecture, is a dedicated producer of authentic Shochu rooted in the local community. Using high-quality sweet potatoes like "Koganesengan" and "Beniotome" grown on the Osumi Peninsula, combined with pure spring water and expert craftsmanship, the distillery focuses on expressing the natural essence of its ingredients.
