豊能梅 宵宵
明治17年（1884年）創業。高知県東部の香南市赤岡町に位置し、土佐の「酒の文化」を象徴する老舗蔵です。
代表銘柄『豊能梅（とよのうめ）』は、その名の通り豊かで香り高い味わいが特徴。高知の酒と言えば「淡麗辛口」が主流ですが、高木酒造は伝統的な土佐の力強さを守りつつ、米の旨味と酸味を活かした、食を豊かにする「土佐のコク」を追求しています。
