三輪酒造株式会社（神石高原町・広島県）は、享保元年（1716年）創業の歴史ある酒蔵で、その代表銘柄「神雷（しんらい）」で知られています。標高約500メートルの中国山地に抱かれた冷涼な気候の中、軟水と中硬水の二種類の井戸水を使い分け、米の旨み豊かな清酒を生酛仕込みなどの伝統技法で醸しています。神石高原の澄んだ空気と自然が育む「きれいな飲み口」、そして信頼に応える酒造りを目指す蔵です。

Miwa Shuzo Co., Ltd., located in Jinseki-Kōgen, Hiroshima Prefecture, is a sake brewery with roots dating back to 1716. Known for its signature sake “Shinrai,” the brewery sits at around 500 meters altitude in the Chūgoku Mountains, enjoying a cool climate ideal for sake making. Miwa uses two types of well water—soft and medium-hard—for different stages of brewing, and employs traditional methods including kimoto fermentation to craft sake rich in rice flavor and clean finish. Each bottle of Shinrai reflects the clarity of the mountain air and the commitment of the brewers to uphold trust and tradition.
