姫泉酒造合資会社は、天保2年（1831年）に創業し、宮崎県西臼杵郡日之影町で190年以上の歴史を刻む焼酎蔵です。五ヶ瀬川の清冽な伏流水を仕込み水とし、恵まれた自然環境のもと、伝統的な石蔵での発酵や、素材の旨みを最大限に残す「無濾過」による酒造りにこだわっています。代表銘柄「天無垢」や「御幣」は、芋や麦の本来の力強い香りと、とろりとした濃厚なコクが特徴で、土地の呼吸を感じさせる“五感を揺さぶる地酒”として多くの愛好家を魅了しています。古き良き製法を守り抜きながら、次世代へとその技を繋ぎ続ける、奥日向の魂が宿る蔵元です。
Himeizumi Shuzo Goshi Kaisha, founded in 1831 in Hinokage Town, Miyazaki Prefecture, is a venerable distillery with over 190 years of history in the heart of the Okuhyuuga region. Utilizing the pure spring water from the Gokase River and its traditional stone-walled fermentation cellar, the distillery focuses on "unfiltered" production to preserve the natural, robust flavors of the ingredients.
