沖永良部酒造株式会社は、鹿児島県沖永良部島に位置する黒糖焼酎の蔵元です。
離島ならではの豊かな自然と透き通った地下水を活かし、昔ながらの甕仕込みと常圧蒸留にこだわった本格黒糖焼酎を製造しています。
代表銘柄「えらぶ」や「はなとり」は、黒糖のほのかな甘みとキレのある飲み口が特徴で、食中酒としても高く評価されています。

Okinoerabu Distillery, located on Okinoerabu Island in Kagoshima Prefecture, specializes in authentic kokuto (brown sugar) shochu.
Blessed with pristine underground water and a subtropical climate, the distillery preserves the traditional kame-jikomi (earthen pot fermentation) and atmospheric distillation methods.
Its signature brands, “Erabu” and “Hanatori,” are known for their gentle sweetness derived from island-grown sugarcane and a crisp, clean finish—capturing the rich flavor of the island’s natural bounty.
