伊藤酒造 鈿女
伊藤酒造株式会社は、弘化4年（1847年）に創業し、三重県四日市市で170年以上の歴史を刻む酒蔵です。鈴鹿山脈の清冽な伏流水を仕込み水とし、地元三重の酒米「神の穂」や「山田錦」を用い、古くからの伝統である「手造り」による丁寧な酒造りを続けています。代表銘柄「鈿女」は、神話の女神に由来する名にふさわしい、華やかな香りと優しくも芯のある味わいが特徴で、食卓を明るく彩る“心躍る地酒”として広く親しまれています。伝統の技を大切に守りながら、現代の食文化に寄り添う酒を醸す蔵元です。
Ito Shuzo Co., Ltd., founded in 1847 in Yokkaichi City, Mie Prefecture, is a venerable brewery with over 170 years of history. Using the pure spring water from the Suzuka Mountain Range and local sake rice such as Kami-no-Ho and Yamada Nishiki, the brewery remains dedicated to the traditional "Te-zukuri" (handcrafting) method. Its flagship brand, “Uzume,” named after the goddess from Japanese mythology, is celebrated for its elegant aroma and gentle yet resilient flavor—a charming regional sake that brings joy to the dining table. While preserving time-honored techniques, Ito Shuzo continues to brew sake that harmonizes with modern culinary culture.
