“Throw away the brush”
The work depicts Mt. Fudesute as seen from the post station in Sakanoshita. Fudesuteyama is known for its beautiful scenery of rocks, pine trees, and waterfalls, and there is a legend that Motonobu Kano tried to paint this mountain, but was so overwhelmed by its beauty that he threw away his brush.
