「旅人留女」愛知県豊川市
御油の宿では留女（とめおんな）と呼ばれる女たちの客引きがさかんだったそうです。作品では旅人たちと強引に引き止める留女との諍いを滑稽に描いています。
“Travelers and Toutswoman”
It is said that the Goyu was often visited by women called Tomeonna. The work humorously depicts the conflict between the travelers and the woman who forcibly stops them.
