「六郷渡舟」神奈川県川崎市
川崎は2番目の宿場です。川崎宿は東海道の成立時点では正式な宿場ではありませんでしたが、品川宿から神奈川宿までの間が往復十里と長く、伝馬の負担が大きかったため、1623年に設置されました。

Kawasaki is the second post station. Kawasaki-juku was not an official post station at the time of the establishment of the Tokaido, but it was established in 1623 because the round trip from Shinagawa-juku to Kanagawa-juku was a long 10 mile round trip, and the burden of transporting horses was heavy.
