【保土ヶ谷 新町橋】
武蔵国（神奈川県）の宿場、保土ヶ谷。帷子川に架かる新町橋を渡る雲水や、駕籠（かご）を運ぶ人足たちが生き生きと描かれています。橋のそばには「二八そば」などの看板を掲げた茶屋が並び、江戸から四番目の宿場として賑わう様子が伝わります。当時の人々の生活感と、のどかな街道の空気を切り取った一枚です。
