「天竜川図」静岡県磐田市
現在の静岡県磐田市にあたる宿場です。天竜川は静岡県に流れる大きな川です。作品では天竜川の渡舟の様子が描かれています。天竜川は川瀬を二つに分け、東を大天竜、西を小天竜と呼びました。作中手前が小天竜、奥が大天竜です。

“Tenryu River Map”
It is a post station in present-day Iwata City, Shizuoka Prefecture. Tenryu River is a large river that flows through Shizuoka Prefecture. The work depicts a boat crossing the Tenryu River. The Tenryu River divided Kawase into two parts, and the east part was called Big Tenryu and the west part was called Small Tenryu. The foreground is small Tenryu, and the back is Big Tenryu.
