16.武陽佃嶌(ぶようつくだしま)
佃島は現在の東京都江東区にあります。徳川家康は幕府を江戸に置くにあたり、大阪の佃村の漁夫を呼び寄せて住まわせ、佃島と名付けました。江戸時代から水田や漁業が盛んな地域でした。
16.Buyo Tsukudajima
Tsukudajima is located in present-day Koto Ward, Tokyo. When Tokugawa Ieyasu established the shogunate in Edo, he invited fishermen from Tsukuda Village in Osaka to live there, and he named the island Tsukuda Island. Since the Edo period, the area has been prosperous for rice fields and fishing.
